Education: Penn State (State College, BA, political science and Russian Area Studies, 1962); Rutgers School of Law (Newark, LLB, 1965); Career: Assistant Judge Advocate, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (1966-1969); appellate litigation attorney with D.C. Government (1969-1974); trial attorney with the Office of General Counsel and the Enforcement Division, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (1974-1999). Retired from federal government service in 1999. Webmaster, Human Growth Foundation (1998-current). Professional Licenses and Memberships: District of Columbia and Maryland Bars; member, board of directors, Human Growth Foundation; member, The Endocrine Society, American Health Lawyers Association, and Lion's Paw Senior Society, Personal Interests: computers, photography, woodworking, and current events. Married to Rochelle P. Gershenow; 4 children: two boys and two girls, and three grandsons.
